Vibrating Screen Cloth Edge Prep

Get the correct edge preparation and screen size for proper fit on original equipment vibrating screen decks. Proper screen tension is crucial for effective screening and longer screen life. Unified edge preparations fit equipment properly for easy screen installation and tensioning. Select Vibrating Screen Edge Type. Banded Edge Hook Shrouds formed, reinforced and other considerations are available.

We offer Plain Hook Strips like HMB-1 Hook Strip. Plain Formed Edge, typically, for screens 5/16" and larger diameter wire.

We offer HMB-2 Hook Strip. Reinforced Shroud Banded Edge is standard for screens of up to 1/4", and also available on diameters of 5/16" and 3/8" on request.

We offer Bend Plate like HMB-3 Hook Strip. Inside Reinforced Formed Edge for screens of 1/4" diameter and larger for uniform tensioning.

We offer Welded Bent Plate like HMB-4 Hook Strip. Welded Bent Plate Edge for extremely large wire diameter and special vibrators.

We offer Industrial Hook Strips like HMB- 2 ET Hook Strip. End Tension Reinforced Shroud Banded Edge is used for Powerscreen, PEP, Eljay, Masterscreen and other custom ordered hooks.

Standard hook length is 1" and standard angle is 45-65 Degrees on all TC-4 edges. Other hook dimensions are available upon request.
